I ordered items on Wednesday morning (15th November), i paid £30 for next day delivery.
Next day delivery did not turn up! Six out of the seven items turned up at 6 o'clock on Friday evening (17th November). I am told by the delivery driver that the toilet had been left in the depot because it was smashed.
I reported this to soak on Monday 20th November, to be told i would get a replacement within 24 hours !!!!! Today, Thursday 30th November i am still waiting for the toilet?? I have had no notification off soak to inform me of any problem with my order, i have a very angry customer who was supposed to have a full bathroom fitted 2 weeks ago.
This is very poor customer service, from a company that i regularly promote to my customers.
I would also like a full refund of the £30 fee i paid for next day delivery, as this clearly failed to happen.
