I waited 2 weeks for this product and the wrong product was delivered. I spoke to soak on numerous occasions and most staff were not very helpful. No arrangement of delivery date was made prior to it being delivered even though it was a signed for product.
I wait for a long time on the hone each time I called. Will.not be using again which is a shame.
