I had a problem with the first shower tray I ordered, it would not fit my existing layout because I had misunderstood the pictures in the brochure.
I spoke to Peter on the phone at soak.com and he was most helpful, he even said that if I purchased another shower tray he would reimburse me for the first one.
The new shower tray fitted perfectly and looks great.
