I have ordered a number of items from you in the past, right back to when you traded under a different name. When I ordered this tap it stated delivery at 2-8 days and I would receive a confirmation email to track the item. This never happened so I had to chase it myself and after a couple of mails I was told the deliver was 12 days, which meant there would be no one there to receive it, so it was left in an outside cupboard. and I still never got the confirmation email. We have two bathrooms to fit in this renovation, but it is unlikely we will use you again.
