Paid extra to get delivery on time, did not arrive on date promised (10/1/18). Order turned up incomplete on Friday 12th (but no radiator) The valve was delivered (parts missing) Radiator turned up the following Tuesday 16th, nobody bothered to call me back. I e-mailed twice regarding the credit for failed delivery & incomplete radiator valve. I eventually spoke to Keely today (very helpful) She has promised to process the credit for both the late delivery & radiator valve. My general impression has been very poor, no one bothers to call you back or respond to e-mails.
