We received the white drawers and basin but then you told us that the matching toilet with white box we ordered was not available. It was a very difficult phonecall trying to change our order to having grey drawers and toilet box which were in stock. You wanted us to wait and reorder the grey after we had sent back the white. However, on quoting the email that was sent to us explaining the delay which said we could change or delete our order you did eventually agree to sending out the new grey order immediately without us paying extra or twice! It would be good for us to have confirmation that you have not charged us twice for the mistaken goods! Not a very good experience from our point of view especially as we asked to speak to a supervisor or manager and this was denied. Gill and Paul de Sylva
