Hi everone Mr review today is for the company itself SOAK.COM I have made a purchase of almost £1200 from this company and all l can say is this is one of the worst and unfair company l have ever seen once they got your money they don’t want to know you there’s no such thing as customer service in their diary very rude and difficult to deal with never keep their promises don’t want to refund you when you return goods even when you are with in your rights of 14 no quibble returns after getting fed up of arguing with them l had to contact trading standards and have reported to them awaiting the outcome button line is DONT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!
