You had the product I was looking for at a reasonable price BUT
- a 12 day delivery on an 'in stock' product is not good enough
- no notification of delivery day until the morning of that day - not good enough. (due to the excessive delay I had rung Customer Services who had told me the scheduled day. I would not have known otherwise. No problem getting through. Courteous and helpful call centre agent)
- no indication of approximate delivery time given, nor were the carriers willing to ring say 30-60 mins before delivery - they expect their customers just to wait in all day if necessary. Again not good enough.
- a questionnaire box that only invites me to 'tell us how soak.com made you happy' and doesn't want to know anything negative is an insult. Your marketing people should know better than to wave a red rag like that.
- misleading warranty. I bought an item with a '10 year guarantee' but later found in the small print that this does not apply to everything in the box eg it excludes the shower cartridge. Should be upfront and clear about things like this.
So in summary, potentially (haven't used it yet) a good product at a good price, but you have a mountain to climb in getting customer orientated.
