Did not provide delivery day or time. Tracking number was written by someone who can't write properly. We had to re-book and still no hourly window was provided or contact by phone. Very poor customer service. They would not accept return unless we paid for delivery!
They have not provided a return address which is very suspicious. I would advise anyone to avoid this company at a cost, they are a sham.
