Rang your customer service department to return the unit I was told Soak do not have a returns policy I would have to sort out my own courier at my cost, haveing paid £8.99 for delivery and it taking 2 weeks for delivery, found your delivery company very unhelpful send a text on the morning of delivery no time slots could not ring them , or you can pay £6.50 to arrang for a different delivery,had plenty of parcels and packages delivered to our address couriers been really helpful giving time slots and plenty of notice of when they are going to deliver my advise to Soak is chang your courier.
