Placed two orders same day soak confirmed they could come out as one order...
they didnt and am still waiting for the second half....promises that it will arrive each day.....asked for a manager to be involved but they won't get involved until after delivery which is an issue is delivery is the problem....apparently complaints can only be dealt with via email too....obviously SOAK dont care about customer service
