I was happy with the radiator but very unhappy with the delivery service, paid extra for next day delivery but it failed to arrive, when called to find out why they didn’t know apologised and said that the delivery fee would be refunded and gave me the telephone number of the delivery company to find out what had happened.
The radiator arrived two days after the original date which put my schedule out.
I called to check if my delivery fee had been refunded and it hadn’t and that was rectified.
First time using Soak not to sure if l would use again.
