I recently ordered a bath from soak and was highly delighted with the product and service. I decided to order a vanity unit with counter top sink and ufortunately we didnt receive the same service, although the product is good the customer er sevice team were not as good as I had hoped - I received an email saying product had been despatched then day after receive another email saying it was out of stock for a few weeks, I actually received delivery 2 days later so very co fusing.
