Placed an order for a basin on the 12th of April and received an email saying it would be delivered by the 19th. Delivery didn't happen. Despite calling to check up on the delivery it didn't happen on the Friday or Saturday. On Monday I was told it would be delivered that day, stayed home all day again and didn't' happen, the same thing on Tuesday. Then got an email asking me to rearrange my delivery, which I did for Friday the 27th. Basin arrived completely shattered (more than 13 pieces)
Called customer service and they said they would not be able to send a replacement before Tuesday next week and refused to provide a time slot. I explained I wasn't able to stay home yet another day and that this had cost me money rearranging plumber's visits to fit the basin. After no solution was provided I asked to speak to a manager and was told that I couldn't because they were all in a meeting. I asked if there was a supervisor or anyone with authority to make decisions and was told that they were all ina meeting. It must have been a really big company meeting on a Friday at 5pm... I then asked for a manager to call me back and the lady said that they would say the same and there was no need. After having to insist, be put on hold, etc, a more "senior" agent, with no decision-making authority explained kept giving me the same answer and avoided putting me through to a manager, being rude and short. I demanded to have a manager call back to what she said I would be called within 24hours as that was their policy. So here I am waiting.
This is the worst service I have ever had and find it very difficult to understand how a company of this size would not be willing to use a courier service to fix the bad service they have provided and ensure they deliver good customer service.
