I wasn't that impressed considering it was my first order to be honest. I wasn't kept in the loop with delivery and when I wanted to change the delivery address, my email wasn't replied to. I wasn't told where it had gone, so thankfully my neighbour is honest. I probably won't bother ordering from Soak again as the products can be found elsewhere + cheaper.
