T made. After telephoning and getting through to discuss this I was informed that you would ring me back to give me and update on the problem. No phone call. Next day I telephoned again and informed it would be delivered that day between 12 and 2. Again no delivery and no message received. I received the delivery 3 days later. No explanation or apologies.
