First delivery was lost by the transportation company and I had to call and chase to find out what had happened. I was on the phone for 30 minutes mainly holding but the CS team did their job well overall. It looks like they need more staff for peak periods and better tracking of deliveries so that the customer isnt alerting them to missing goods but overall not to bad. Wasnt to happy that the call centre could not call me back when they had a fire alarm so i had to hold to make sure i didnt have to wait another 30 mins while they carried out their fire test.
