I ordered a lot of soak.com for 2 bathrooms in my house. The black slate shower tray I ordered arrived damaged and was replaced 3 times and each time damaged and unusable. I needed up requesting a refund which 2 months later I havent received despite numerous calls. This company has been a real headache.
