One of the four radiators that was orderd was mis-picked and the wrong item delivered. It took so long to arrange collection and re-delivery that it was quicker to re-order a new radiator and wait for the wrong item to be collected in due course. The plumber was on call and the job needed to be completed.
The new radiator incurred a second delivery charge that I was subsequently told would be refunded. I'm still waiting.
