Just very unhappy with customer service. Our order had the toilet pan missing at delivery, which we discovered after unpacking goods and when we called we were told it was damaged so not delivered. We arranged another delivery of this item and it was due the day we had hired a fitter who worked on our project as far as possible without the toilet and at the end of the day it still had'nt arrived. We were on holiday so had to call your customer services and the young man hung up on me. I managed to speack to someone the next day who told me this one was also damaged so not delivered from the depot. Our fitter had to go to B&Q to purchase an alternative and we were refunded the toilet pan by Soak. Not a good experience and no we would'nt use or recommend your company.
