The wrong colour vanity unit was delivered 2 times when the item was finally delivered, it had a scratch on the front. Although they sent replacements i still had to pay the money for my plumber in the wasted days in the install. Soak promised money back or a voucher etc but that never ever materialised even after i chased! just poor customer experience.
