I received 3 damaged shower trays and the 4th was lost in transit. I wanted to speak with a manager but no one was available and was told I’d receive a call back but of course I didn't. I requested a refund and was told it would take 10 working days but still no refund after the 10 days. I had to contact the customer service team once again to chase up my refund. All this really did cause delays and a lot of inconvenience.
