Shelf bracket had only 3 fixings. I was promised the 4th would arrive in the post within 3 days of my complaint. It still hasn't arrived so we cannot use the shelf. I Emailed them again to remind them it hasn't arrived and that I am very annoyed. Their email system cannot cope with the demand and it appears I have to wait a further 7 days before receiving an answer.
Just not good enough!
