I ordered a washstand and basin from you. It did not arrived when the delivery company said it would and after 4 phone calls chasing delivery up it arrived in the back of an old van considerably damaged nearly a week later. The basin was broken, the washstand was falling appart and was chipped in several places. You refunded my money when I asked for a refund effiently and the customer service staff were friendly and tried hard to help facilitate delivery.
