Your representative clearly stated the shower screen I purchased had a swivel return, even after I asked twice about this,consequently this
resulted in me having extra cost in wasted time with my fitter.I then had to repackage the item and arrange a return to yourselves, further more having to chase up the refund. You must improve upon these aspects of your business.
