The sink we ordered arrived twice broken so we had to pay a plumber a call out fee each time as he had put us in his books to carry out work on both times. Spoke to a lovely lady when we had to order for the 3rd time, was helpful and made sure order would be double wrapped. It is a shame I can’t give you 10 as it is a beautiful bathroom suite and reasonable price
