The initial order didn’t arrive in the delivery slot that I’d been given and I had arranged for someone to be there to collect the order so I had to unexpectedly leave work to go and meet the delivery driver. One of the items I’d ordered had been missed off the order and when I called up to request another one I was told that at best it would be 4 days for another to be delivered and they definitely couldn’t get me one quicker, when I said that wasn’t satisfactory and I wanted to make a complaint I was told that it would be sent by next day delivery. The person I tried to complain to refused to transfer my call to a manager or give me their surname for accountability. When we unpacked the sink it was cracked and we had to request a replacement.
Not a good experience.
