Shocking throughout.
First order the delivery team dropped the bath, smashed it and needed to send another one. They also forgot the shower on the first delivery
On the second time of asking they delivered the bath, but forgot the shower again. The delivery team on this one sent a text late at night with a small window, without me agreeing to a time
All annoying as I needed to be at home from work as they didn’t do a weekend or out of hours slot
Customer service useless as you use an independent company, so I had to try and get hold of them (I would recommend changing these)
The bath also has a blue stain on it, but I couldn't be bothered to deal with soak any longer
Quality of products other than that fine
