Took 3 delivery’s numerous phone calls and emails to get everything I ordered, everyone seemed to deny all knowledge of what was missing and why, if I hadn’t unpacked and tried to peice together units I would have no idea what was missing until my carpenter had started. Second delivery and I noticed still there was a basin missing and I hadn’t been told, 4 phone calls and I found out it had been smashed, WHY DID NOBODY just inform me and rearrange delivery. So stressful when I order a vanity unit with one code I had no idea how many boxes and parts it would come in so how am I meant to know if I have everything! I asked for a gesture of good will and was told maybe we could sort something about delivery charges...it was free delivery...I give up.
