What didn’t go wrong?
To cut it short...
Your customer service and after sales are rubbish, you sent me out the wrong parts to my shower enclosure and after about 10 phone calls and 10 wrong parts later I finally have a shower enclosure I can use but am still missing a magnetic strip that holds the door shut. I can’t bare the thought of having to ring you back again and go round in circles with your customer service team giving them actual part numbers and still managing to send the wrong ones, so I have decided I will go and buy one as it will be a lot easier.
You need to revise what you are actually selling to people and your instruction manuals as they are most in informative. I was told to drill into a stone resin shower tray which is completely ridiculous and then you say you will not hold any liability if it cracks, so you tell me to silicone it! I spoke to several people in the trade and they couldn’t believe what I was telling them.
I would definitely never recommend you as a company, you caused us a lot of added stress and wasted a lot of time when renovating our new home which caused us a 4 week delay on moving in.
