The products are reasonably priced and the quality is pretty good. Customer service is poor; you wait ages for someone to answer the phone. The staff have contradictory messages and they’re not much help if you need to take something back- refunds take ages and there’s no way they’ll collect, even if you’re making more orders. The website doesn’t say things like whether the toilets are open backed or not (which a plumber would need to know), but it looks pretty. Would I use soak again? Not if I can afford to shop elsewhere. The products are fine and reasonable. What you save on the products you lose on phone calls and trips to Nuneaton.
