Ordering was easy and delivery was quick, but the first delivery was damaged and missing the sink of a sink unit, the replacement sink sent was also damaged.
We finally received a complete, intact, item but have had two sets of broken items to dispose of and it delayed our building work.
Customer services were very good and provided assistance very quickly, and the goods themselves meet expectations, but your delivery provider needs to be reviewed. On each occasion we were also told the delivery would come one day, but it came the next.
