Which I’m grateful for,however you asked me to contact you for reimbursement. I was unable to talk to the person concerned and was told she would call me back once off the call she was dealing with. No one else could deal with it.
I’m still waiting for the call.
Prrhspyou can ask someone who can deal with it to call me , or alternatively credit my card.
On the up side everything I’ve had from soak.com has been of decent quality.
