I can’t tell you how you made me happy but Soak certainly made me unhappy. Still awaiting a toilet I ordered on 2nd August. It’s close to the 2nd of September. Regrets about choosing Soak.com and wish I had paid more attention to some of the comments around delivery problems and items not being delivered due to being ‘cracked’ and sent back. Note I had to call Soak customer services to find out what was going on... from which they told me nothing had been done since my order was sent back due to it being faulty
