Bath side panel was broken upon arrival, the image of the bath with measurements on the website was blurred so when the bath arrived it was really narrow and no collection service was available. I had to ring up 3 times to get a new side panel sent out and kept getting told next day delivery but every time I wrung nothing had been ordered on the system and also I didn’t receive the toilet seat. This was then ‘lost’ in the post and had to wait two weeks for a replacement
