I am very happy with my new bathroom and the order/delivery went smoothly but I recommend you improve your communication process,I continually tried to contact someone by phone before I ordered with a sizing query but all I got was music every time,also my emails were never replied to,I am at the moment waiting for a response to my most recent one regarding my newly fitted bathroom!!So,summing up very happy with one side but extremely dissatisfied with the other,hope this helps.
