They didn't. Over-charged me by £50 and could not put it back into my account for 3 weeks. Awful waiting times on phone (20+ minutes just to speak to someone every single time). Staff all said different things about whether or not a refund had been processed and how long it would take. They NEVER responded to emails. Apologies were lip-service, not followed up with actions. Dreadful.
