Good price, products seem good quality, Terrible customer service though. The delivery company smashed part of our toilet in the depot and told us a new part would be delivered the next day. Nothing arrived. After numerous phone calls, people on the phone telling me it would be sorted only to then get an email reply back the next day asking for details I had already given or photo evidence of the broken toilet I never saw, poor communication between departments, and another weeks wait, my new toilet part eventually arrived. No apology from the company at any point, very disappointed,
