I regret I placed my order for the whole new bathroom worth nearly £1300. Since I revived the order I had to return many faulty items and that is still ongoing for last 3 months. I would email and talk to after sales giving me promises after promises and yet they deliver doesn't arrive and I still chasing up. Very poor customer service. I noticed when I placed the order it was quick to respond and take my order, once received and noticing one major part did not arrive I was then told it was an IT glitch and waited nearly 1.5 month before i revived the item. This delayed my building works considerably and messed up the schedule as well as the trust with my builder. The compensation i received was nothing!!! If they soak.com was good I would order again but I will not this time as I have 1st floor starting soon. Sorry to put it so negatively but this is my experience and I guess one unsatisfied customer is probably just a drop in the sea for your pockets!! regards Muazzam mobile 07943 501 401
