Good customer service, very helpful over the phone. Good value for money, happy with the products and quality. Only negative is the delivery company/arrangements - broke two shower trays consecutively and we had products missing from orders - all sorted now, don’t think it was Soak’s issue but a bit of a pain arranging replacements and dealing with multiple delivery dates.
