Delivery problems.
The hose for the shower is not long enough and I am still waiting for your company to come back to me on this issue so I can raise the shower head to a normal height.
The shower bath tap is stuck on shower and whilst you have sent me a replacement I can’t afford to pay a plumber to fit it.
The waterfall tap on my sink has turned green.
The overflow pipe has now discoloured.
So I feel a bit dubious about recommending your company to my friends
