Not happy at all. We ordered a bath, screen, panel + bathroom vanity unit. The delivery drivers didn't call as requested and the vanity unit box was damaged. It required a call from the delivery driver as the house was under going a full renovation & there was a chance no-one would be there. Our builders happened to be there & signed for it. Due to not living there there were gaps between us being able to check the delivered items. It took several calls & emails before we got another vaniry unit sent out. This was also damaged. As was the 3rd. The 4th unit had to be delivered on a certain day (last day plumber could fit it) & despite being assured it would be, it wasn't. I called up the day after arranging the delivery to check only to be told that they couldn't arrange the delivery as discussed. At no point over umpteen emails & calls did a soak supervisor call me back as promised (iirc at least 6 occasions). We finally got an intact unit delivered and our plumber could fit it. We then discovered that the shower screen had a previously unnoticed defect & this had to be replaced. After several further emails complaining about the whole and affair we reluctantly accepted a 20% refund after being told it was the best they could offer despite this not covering our plumber costs & his multiple visits to sort & install the damaged items from soak. Fast forward a couple of weeks & we've finally moved in to discover that the shower screen lets water under it. After several emails & photos later we're going back n for and after 2 weeks we still have a leaking shower screen. It's fitted properly & operates as described - it just doesn't work. All in all soak products, delivery and customer service have been very very poor. The quality of products is poor (the bath is wafer thin) with seemingly little quality control. The delivery team don't follow simple instructions & either don't care what state the goods arrive in or have a competition with the warehouse team to see who cares least. The customer service has been really poor. I've spoken to some lovely individuals who have said all the right things but ultimately not delivered on any assurances of supervisor call backs, delivery dates or sorting out multiple issues in a timely fashion. Please avoid soak at all costs. It looks like good value online but it's really not. After a full house renovation & lots of suppliers soak have been the worst by far.
