You misadvised me on a product - this was apparent when the plumber i was paying discovered it. I was assured a suitable replacement would be sent by the next day - it wasn't. I had to chase this up and negotiate with the plumber who was waiting on this part. Eventually the replacement was sent three days later! TO THE WRONG ADDRESS!. I opted for a refund. I complained that this had cost me far more than what you refunded in wasted time from the plumber. You refunded a paltry £37 which went no where near to what this has cost me. This is why my rating is so poor.
