Bathroom suit was broken on first AND second time it was delivered. My husband had to take 3 days off work (1 for each time the bathroom was to be delivered).
The radiators we ordered arrived damaged. We decided to keep them anyway as to send them back and reorder would have delayed the project and cost money to re-schedule the plumbers.
