Not at all at present. We have still to receive our bath and drainage kit. The taps arrived and they’re lovely - but pretty useless without the bath!
I chased this up 23 Aug and your operative said she would chase - either a problem with your operation or the courier’s.
She also said it would take up to 2 working days to clarify the situation. Six working days later and I’ve heard nothing. Please could you sort this out quite quickly as I need to build my bathroom.
