Lack of response to an email to replace a broken part. Had to chase. Still waiting on the credit 2 weeks after the job has been finished. The pedestal arrived smashed and when I enquired about getting a refund for the sink as well as it could not be used without the pedestal, I was informed that I would need to send it back at my own cost which was not refundable even though the original issue was not my fault. Very disappointing. As A Landlady with 18 properties whereby I am systematically upgrading the bathrooms. I will now be taking my service elsewhere and will not be recommending soak.com to my fellow investors which is a shame as the lost business opportunity is potentially great.
