The time it took for me to get a refund on a product I returned was unacceptable. It took approximately 6 weeks from the date it was returned for the money to be returned to my bank. That was after initially being told I hadn’t returned the items so I had to provide proofs of signature etc...
It takes an average of 11 minutes on hold to get through to a human being on the phone and 3-4 days to get a response via email.
