Product arrived damaged. I asked for a replacement, the second product was damaged. I was running out of time with the bathroom fitter so I offered to keep the second product but I didn't want to pay full price, they said that was fine and they would call me back with options. They didn't, just sent a third product a week later, too late. I now have a damaged product fitted in my bathroom and have to dispose of two others, with no compensation. Not happy.
