The toilet came with wrong sized screws. I spoke to a lady who was very unhelpful who said I would need to wait for another set of screws to arrive (which I knew would be the same) and then perhaps change the toilet if that didn’t work!! Ridiculous when you have a plumber working on £300 a day. She had no dimensions etc.
I ended up just buying more screws from somewhere else. Won’t use this company again.
