The customer service was really poor - I tried 7 times to get through on the phone to make an amendment to my order, each time there was no answer for 15 mins plus, no idea of where I was in the queue. I then used the online form to request the change, and had a message saying someone would be in touch in 48 hours. I heard nothing for 5 days. When I eventually did get through on the phone, the order couldn’t be changed as it had already been dispatched. So, I had to re order, and wait for up to 2 weeks for a refund. Just really poor
